Discover which Love Island USA season 3 couples are still together. Moreover, find out which Love Island USA couples broke up after the show.

Now that Love Island USA season 3 has been over for about a month, fans have been curious to find out which couples are still together and which pairings have already broken up. This year, Love Island USA was filmed over the course of 40 days in a Hawaiian villa. Right from the start, viewers were excited about the follow-up to the fantastic Love Island USA season 2 cast that they were introduced to in 2020.

Day-one islanders such as Olivia Kaiser, Korey Gandy, Kyra Lizama, Will Moncada, and Jeremy Hershberg were lucky and compelling enough to make it all the way to the end. However, most of the OG contestants were sent home at one point or another throughout the season. From Cinco being dumped as a result of his love triangle to Cashay Proudfoot not getting saved by her co-stars to Trina Njoroge being sent home right before the Love Island USA season 3 finale, this was quite an eventful season for certain fan-favorites.

Speaking of favorites, viewers also got to witness the shocking and tragic departure of Josh Goldstein and Shannon St Claire after they learned that Josh's sister, Lindsey Beth Goldstein, had suddenly passed away. Alas, eliminations and sudden exits apart, this season also featured plenty of compelling newcomers such as Bailey Marshall, Alana Paolucci, and Andre Luis Brunelli, to name a few.

Still Together: Olivia Kaiser & Korey Gandy

After maintaining a strong friendship throughout their time in the villa, Olivia and Korey got to couple up with each other and arrive together at the grand finale. In the end, Korey and Olivia won Love Island USA and chose to split up the $100,000 grand prize. As of this writing, this couple is still together. Some fans have questioned how much time they've actually spent together after the show, but Olivia and Korey have kept outwardly flirting with each other on social media and making it known that they're dating.

Still Together: Kyra Lizama & Will Moncada

After getting quite a bit of criticism throughout their time on Love Island, Kyra and Will still went on to place second at the grand finale. With that said, Will and Kyra have been absolutely inseparable since they left the villa. Will traveled to Hawaii to meet some of Kyra's loved ones, all while the Love Island USA season 3 runners-up also reportedly plan a trip to Colombia so Kyra can meet Will's family in South America.

Broke Up: Bailey Marshall & Jeremy Hershberg

The first official Love Island breakup following this season came from Bailey and Jeremy. It's safe to say that many viewers weren't rooting for Jeremy when season 3 first started. He coupled up with several girls during his time on the show, but he seemed to finally find his true match once Bailey was introduced as a late addition to the cast. After the season ended, Jeremy and Bailey seemed excited to explore their relationship outside the villa. However, Bailey has since updated the fans that she and Jeremy have officially broken up.

Unclear: Alana Paolucci & Charlie Lynch

It was never exactly clear where Alana stood with Charlie Lynch after he re-coupled with her and ended up sending Cash home as a result. Unfortunately, at least as far as the fans are concerned, things aren't exactly that much clearer between these two. Both Charlie and Alana have been spotted together a few times outside the villa. Since leaving the show, Alana and Charlie said time and time again that they want to get to know each other more in the real world. It doesn't appear that things have moved up from there, but Alana and Charlie haven't officially broken up either.

Still Together: Shannon St Claire & Josh Goldstein

After their sudden departure from Love Island USA season 3, Josh and Shannon are planning to move in together somewhere in Florida in the near future. Things are going pretty great for them as far as their relationship is concerned. Josh and his family members are still mourning the loss of his sister, Lindsey Beth, but the islander has called Shannon his "rock" throughout this process. Josh is still living in Boston and Shannon is still in Philadelphia, but they're just a short flight away from each other, which makes it easy for them to visit each other regularly. Just like Will and Kyra, Josh and Shannon have been seemingly inseparable since they left the villa. There's no question that these two are still together and thriving.

Still Together: Cashay Proudfoot & Cinco (AKA Melvin Holland Jr)

Cinco couldn't make up his mind between Cashay and Trina while trying not to hurt their feelings, which unfortunately led to all three of them being separately dumped from the villa. Alas, Cash and Cinco are together after Love Island, so it seems like this process still worked for them in a more unexpected way. Their post-season journey started when Cinco and Cash ran into each other at an airport. Since then, Cash and Cinco both talked each other into Cash staying at Cinco's place in Virginia. She went on to meet his family members and friends while staying at his place for a few days. As of this writing, Cinco and Cashay are still reportedly dating.

Still Together: Aimee Flores & Wes Ogsbury

In recent weeks, Aimee Flores scared certain Love Island USA fans by unfollowing Wes Ogsbury on Instagram and deleting all his pictures from her IG grid. Since their early departure from the show, Wes and Aimee had been inseparable. In a shocking turn of events, Aimee then followed Wes back on Instagram and seemingly backtracked on whatever decision she had made a few days before. It is still unclear what happened between Aimee and Wes and why she seemingly second-guessed their relationship after being so solid for a long time. But what matters is that they're now apparently together, regardless of what happened at one point in time.

For the most part, there are several Love Island USA season 3 couples who are apparently still together after the show. Some of those relationships are still pretty unclear and undefined to the fans, but if the islanders are still claiming to be working on things behind the scenes, then the fandom can only respect their process and wait for new updates to follow. Last year, most Love Island USA season 2 couples stayed together for quite a few months, with breakup announcements not hitting the press until December 2020 and January 2021. Hopefully, season 3 has put together a few couples that will endure the test of time outside the villa.
